A typical colonial building houses the Frida Spanish School and the building is divided over 2 floors.
All the teaching staff are highly qualified and only permitted to speak in Spanish when they are teaching students, this maintains the Spanish atmosphere and helps students to learn how to use the Spanish Language in normal everyday situations.
During the first day at the Frida Spanish School students are asked to sit a placement test this enables teachers to ascertain their level of Spanish and to place them in the relevant class, obviously if the student is an absolute novice then they do not have to take a placement test. There are 4 levels of Spanish taught from beginner to advance and 7 different types of Spanish courses that can be taken.
After they have successfully completed a level students are presented with a certificate of accomplishment to show that they attended the duration of the course and completed all the work required.
